Channel Sales Americas – reporting to Patrick Luketich, Channel Sales Leader (CSL)

As an American Channel Sales head, your primary responsibility is to develop and manage sales channels to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key channel partners, such as distributors, resellers, and retailers, while collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.

Your role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize channel performance.

The role will ideally be based in / around Dallas, TX and based from a home office.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales channel management, preferably in the American market.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, distribution channels, and partner relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
  • Knowledge of the industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences within the relevant market segment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with channel partners or attend industry events.
